Satay with Quorn Fillets
Inspired by everyone's favourite local street food, Rachel (IG@munchwithvienna) has created a satay recipe with Quorn Fillets, adding a tasty vegetarian option to any dinner table. Enjoy them as a starter, or on their own! Easy to cook, and easy to please.

Ingredients
- 1 Quorn Fillets (312g)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 stalks lemongrass, white parts only
- 1 cloves garlic, peeled
- 3 small shallots, peeled
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp raw honey
Method
- Cut the Quorn Fillets into small cubes and set aside.
- Blend all remaining ingredients in a food processor. Add a little water if needed.
- Coat the fillets with the seasoning, stir to mix well. Marinate the fillets for at least 3 hours in the fridge, or best overnight.
- Thread 3-4 marinated fillet cubes onto bamboo skewers. Spray with a little oil before grilling.
- Grill the skewers for 4 minutes on each side (on Ninja Foodi) or in an oven at 220° for 15 minutes until cooked through and the surface is nicely charred on both sides.
- Serve hot with your favourite dip and enjoy!
